We are looking for a passionate and highly dedicated Chef De Partie (hot & cool kitchen) to join the culinary team in the new lounge restaurant. This is an opportunity for you to develop your skills.
Responsible for:
- Ensuring adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
- Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
- Put the effort into optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
