Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Operation Manager who manages overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department.

Responsible:

- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.

- Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes

- Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout.

- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.

- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
