Job Description

We are looking for a Production Manager. Your job will be to organize the production for and the logistic between all the kitchens. You will work under the supervision and in close cooperation with our Head Chef and the different teams.

Abilities:

-Fluent in English

-Organized and methodic

-With decision-making skills

-Who knows how to collaborate with teams of various profiles and implement

decisions

-Minimum of 3-4 years of supervisory experience in a food production/manufacturing

environment.

-Must have sound knowledge of principles of cost accounting, record keeping, and

budget planning and purchasing procedures.

-Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and

procedures.

-Prior experience as a supervisor overseeing and directing a large staff.
