• Smiling and serving each guest respectfully, swiftly, and efficiently with a positive / friendly attitude
• Answering the phone.
• Inputting orders from waitstaff and phone calls.
• Managing the cash drawer.
• Accurately handling cash and credit card payments, making change, and counting money.
• Counting the cash drawer at the beginning of the shift to ensure the amount is correct.
• Counting down the drawer at the end of the shift and ensuring all totals balance.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests.
• Communicating with guests and answering questions.
• Following instructions from direct superior.
