Job Description
The most exciting restaurant of healthy Hawaiian Poke is recruiting a new Head Chef. He/She will be in charge of the kitchen, manage, organize the working time of the kitchen and make sure all the food is well prepared before finishing a working day.
- Managing the stock and purchases.
- Schedule and organize the work flow of the kitchen team
- Looking for new recipes/ingredients.
- Must be clean organized and know the standard of Hygienes.
Job Benefits
Salary: 14.000.000 - 20.000.000 VND

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years working in Western cuisine
- Trained in Western standard and worked in Western kitchen before.
- Have knowledge about Fresh Raw Fishes & Vegetables
- Ensure working section always clean & tidy
- Capable of planning.
- English speaking is a PLUS
