Our Rooftop Lounge in Thao Dien, District 2 is an elegant, upscale, tropical and airline-themed lounge, restaurant and bar in Saigon. We are looking for 4 Waitress. Duties are:

• Present themselves in an attractive way.
• Greet our guests at their table within 60 seconds of them sitting down with smile and "Welcome to Escape".
• Present the food and drinks menus and have good knowledge of any daily specials.
• Always serve with a smile and help customers with any complaints and seek the help of the GM or Floor Captain (with a smile and an apology) to resolve any customer complaints.
• Keep an attentive eye on our customers and ensure their drinks are always full, food and plates are cleared promptly and the table wiped down with a wet-cloth after the customer finishes eating.
• Be friendly and attentive while customers drink to make sure that if the customer wants another drink, it is at the table just before they finish their current drink.
• Gently suggest upsizing to a bottle of wine or spirits if customers order many of the same types or drinks.
• Say farewell to every customer with "Thank you for Escaping with us, see you again".
• Promptly wipe down the table after guests have left, and rearrange the tables and chairs to get them ready for the next customers.
