Job Description
- Complete daily accounting tasks as needed.
- Record daily sales for restaurant.
- Track Daily revenue and accounts receivable. Review restaurant and retail Point of Sale (“POS”) System, delivery, events, catering and credit card transactions.
- Review and audit accuracy of Accounts Payable.
- Periodically review suppliers of food, alcohol and supplies to ensure Escape is getting the highest value for cost, in coordination with head chef, head bartender and GM
- Prepare daily/monthly general journal entries.
- Assist with Monthly Balance Sheet and Bank Reconciliations
- Conduct monthly staff payrolls in coordination with GM.
- Prepare government required tax reports and file them with the local, city and country tax authority as required by Vietnam law.
Job Benefits
Salary: 10.000.000 - 12.000.000 VND/ month

Job Requirements
- Degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
- Understanding of POS Systems.
- Experience with Purchase Orders.
- Strong English and computer skills.
- Restaurant/Retail industry experience.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and willing to be hands on in all aspects of the accounting/purchasing department.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
