Job Description

We are looking for a Head Bartender/Bar manager who will lead and inspire the bar team, who is passionate about his / her work, and enjoys the theater of a great bar. The Bar Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing all business aspects of the bar including inventory, suppliers, budgets and setting future goals

• Strong reporting skills

• Excellent creative classic cocktail skills

• Fantastic customer service

• Building and supporting a strong team, including regular training

• Working with the General Manager and Head Chef in daily operations and to assist in planning and management of events

• Working well with the restaurant team at all times

• Create and maintain a fun atmosphere for clients and the bar and service team

Job Benefits

Salary: 12 to 15 Million VND/Month depending on experience and performance

Job Requirements

Female candidates only
Experience required: 2+ years bartending in Vietnam in bar manager or head bartender role
Speaks Excellent English and Vietnamese
