Job Description

We are looking for a Shop Manager. Responsible to perform sales development, market development, brand development, and customer care to fit the company's overall objectives.

Responsibilities and Authority :

- Work and report directly to General Manager and Administration Manager

- Negotiate and Finalize deals with all Corporate and Retails Costumers

- Implement, update and analyze Corporate and VIP retails Costumers database and send to BOD

- Working relations with other departments within the company and working relations with external customers that NRSD assigned according to the job required.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
Experienced in working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
