Job Description

Our best French restaurant in Thao Dien, District 2, HCMC is looking for 2 Floor Captains to supervise our Wait Staff and Runners within the shift with the following duties:

- Manage Wait Staff and Runners to perform the right works

- Ensure customers have the best experience when coming to the restaurant

- Solve any problems arising from customers and support Wait Staff, Runners to perform the work well

- Work as Wait Staff and Runners when needed

Job Benefits

- Over 1-year experience as a Captain Service

- Good English communication

Job Requirements

- Salary: 10 million - 12 million VND/month

- Service Charge + Tip

- 4 days off/month, 12 Annual leaves, close every Saturday morning to let employees hangout in Friday night

- Meal allowance: 2 times for breaking shift, 2 times for evening shift

- Parking allowance

- Will be trained about French cuisine, champagne, wine, cocktails and many good skills for future career.

- International active and young staff working environment

Working time: Rotation shift 8 hours/day and be organized by Restaurant Manager

- Shift 1: 10 am - 3 pm and 5 pm - 10:30 pm

- Shift 2: 5 pm - 10:30 pm
