We are looking for a Cashier. This important customer service roll is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing payments, answering phones, and taking orders.
- Smiling and serving each guest respectfully, swiftly, and efficiently with a positive / friendly attitude
- Answering the phone.
- Inputting orders from waitstaff and phone calls.
- Managing the cash drawer.
- Accurately handling cash and credit card payments, making change, and counting money.
- Counting the cash drawer at the beginning of the shift to ensure the amount is correct.
- Counting down the drawer at the end of the shift and ensuring all totals balance.
- Take food and beverage orders from guests.
- Communicating with guests and answering questions.
- Following instructions from direct superior.
