Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, experienced Marketing Assistant to help increase awareness of the restaurant and attract new and repeat customers.

Responsibilities:

To plan F&B advertising, promotions online and create and execute effective marketing plans to attract new and repeat customers.
To coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities and implement promotional campaigns; responsible for promoting restaurant sales through marketing programs
To organize advertising campaigns and events (social media, website and also offline with posters, flyers)
To manage the website and Facebook updates, create videos for a Youtube channel and follow up on a regular basis;
To write copy for diverse marketing distributions and manage the design, print and delivery of marketing materials e.g. menus, leaflets, brochures, press releases;
To plan, organize and manage the events that will occur at the restaurant

Job Benefits

Salary: 8.000.000 - 15.000.000 VND/ month depending on experience.
Meal, parking allowance.
Performance bonuses if sales targets are met.

Job Requirements

Experience as Marketing Executive position from 1 - 3 years in the F&B, hospitality environment or retail business.
Have a friendly, outgoing and dynamic personality.
Able to work well in a team environment.
Strong computer and design skills and familiarity with online advertising (targeted Google and Facebook ads and other online platforms).
Event planning experience.
Know Graphic Design to design the marketing materials is a PLUS.
Good English skills.
