We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. Restaurant manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Open-minded: Understand and have experience working in a foreign environment.
- Able to adapt to a medium organization, be a multi-tasking person, responsibilities for restaurant operations
- Really focus on Customer Care, Staff training
- Attention to details, willing to learn a new cuisine
- Good oral and written English.
- Be able to manage P & L of the restaurant
- Organizing events, advertising, promotions plans
