OPENING SHIFT

Check reservation with hostess, arrange tables, chairs, set up table,

Clean restaurant: mirrors, tables, chairs and service stations, glass wares, cutlery, dishes, tray, fold napkin

Refill side station with necessary condiments (Ketchup, Chili sauce, Salt & Pepper)

Refill side station with necessary service wares and glasswares ( plates, Cutlery, Napkins, Straws and Coasters)

Prepare sanitizer and wipes for cleaning table,

Check configurations of all equipment, fix and solve if any damage

Make sure all tasks above have been done before opening the restaurant

OPERATION

To in charge whole section, dining area and kids area, assign staff to smooth operation

Presents menu, answers enquiries and makes suggestions regarding food, beverage and service to customers. Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course.

Takes orders and serves food and beverage to guests according to the established sequence and procedures.

Fully conversant with all aspects of the POS System.

Serves guests in the assigned station, area in a very courteous, friendly and professional manner

Acquire good knowledge of food & beverage in term of menu, set up, promotion, function in the restaurant

Able to communicate very well with different kinds of people and guests

CLOSING SHIFT

Clean all condiment bottles and holders (Ketchup, Chili sauce, Salt & Pepper).

Turn off lights, music, air-con, wifi and POS system. Note if any damage.

Hand over any needed information for the next shift in log book

Checking all stationery, equipment and request order.

Record time sheet ,daily report.

Maintain a good working relationship with both colleagues and guests

Report all problems operation to Assistant Manager/ Manager
