We are looking for an experienced and friendly Floor Captain that is willing to work in a family friendly atmosphere.

Your tasks will be

Checking reservation with the hostess, arrange tables, chairs, set up a table,
Cleaning the restaurant: mirrors, tables, chairs and service stations, glassware, cutlery, dishes, tray, fold napkin
Refilling side station with necessary condiments (Ketchup, Chili sauce, Salt & Pepper)
Refilling side station with necessary service wares and glassware ( plates, Cutlery, Napkins, Straws, and Coasters)
Preparing sanitizer and wipes for cleaning table,
Checking configurations of all equipment, fix and solve if any damage
Making sure all tasks above have been done before opening the restaurant
Presenting menu, answering inquiries, and make suggestions regarding food, beverage, and service to customers.
Serves guests in the assigned station, an area in a very courteous, friendly, and professional manner
Recording time sheet, daily report.
Maintaining a good working relationship with both colleagues and guests
Reporting all problems operation to Assistant Manager/ Manager
