Job Description
We are looking to hire a customer-oriented Floor Supervisor to ensure that all restaurant operations run smoothly. The Supervisor's responsibilities include overseeing the activities of restaurant staff, expediting customers' orders as needed.
You will be responsible for:
- Inspect Guest Areas
- Greet and Build Rapport With Guests
- Monitor Establishment’s Performance
- Perform Opening and Closing Procedures
- Diffuse Customer Complaints
- Delegate Basic Tasks to Staff.

Job Requirements
- At least 1-year experience in the same position
- A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure
- Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
- English is a must
- Experienced in working in Western Restaurant is a plus
