Bar Manager

We are looking for a Bar Manager who will direct the overall operation of an assigned bar to maximize performance, profitability, and return on investment by creating a positive and productive work environment and ensuring superior guest service and compliance with quality and operational standards. The Bar manager will be responsible for driving Brand and value initiatives, concepts performance, and the development of people. 

• Responsibility of a Bartender Manager includes ensure the revenue, costs, profitability, quality of service and training at the Bar.
• Set objectives and targets for beverage unit/bar
• Determine staff needs and recruit team members;
• Performance management of team members; 
• Assess development needs and train and coach team members;
• Delegate duties and tasks to staff to meet objectives and maximize resources;
• Set and monitor quality and service standards for team members; 
• Create new innovative drinks;
• Ensure the stable professionalism in the bar; 
• Create drink promotions to attract the Guests; 
• Control costs, manage stocks of the bar; 
• Be a role model in maintaining sanitation and safety regulations; 
• Interact with the Guests to ensure the excellence service;
• Handle Guests' complaints professionally;
