Job Description

- Provide excellent customer service for each guest entering the establishment.

- Present menu to visitors and suggest daily specials, maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of the menu items. Offer recommendations upon request

- Up-sell additional products when appropriate

- Ensure a clean, tidy environment and that tables are properly arranged

- Deliver all food items to tables in the correct order and to the appropriate customer

- Check in with assigned tables periodically to ensure a positive experience for guests

- Prepare drinks, prepare ingredients for the drink station.

- Taking phone orders and record online orders.

- Comply with safety, health and hygiene policies and procedures

- Perform any side-work as requested

Job Requirements

- Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress

- Excellent English skills.

- Hands-on experience with cash register and POS system

- Attention to detail is essential for taking orders correctly

- Attentiveness and patience for customers

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

- Active listening and effective communication skills

- Ability to work in a team to support an excellent experience for all guests

- Flexibility to work in shifts

- Ability to multitask the needs of several tables at once is mandatory
