Job Description

Manage all activities of the store in working shifts : Control service, food quality and delivery quality (any if); Recognize and give solutions for all problems or customer complaints, report and ask for SM’s support if something is out of control.

Check, confirm bill/invoices

Check and ensure the bar book , kitchen and cash book are correct.

Control cost of electricity, water, gas in a scientific and save

To arrange people to receive material/products from factory, supplier other stores (if any)

Staffing & coaching performance of store staff.

Manage staff to carry out the company rules, regulations…

Perform other duties as required by management

At least 6 month of in similar position

Retail F&B experience

Management knowledge

Good English skills
