Waiter/Waitress

∙ Welcome guests when entering the store; to guide guests to the table. Prepare table and order and pass information to the relevant department. 

∙ Serve food for guests and respond in time if customers have other  requirements. Introduce more and more our food to guests for increasing  revenue. 

∙ Receive bill from the cashier and bring to guests, get money, handed over  to the cashier and take change for guests (if any). Say goodbye to guests; 

∙ To be responsibilities to deliver when they assigned.

Clean up and arranged tables and chairs in accordance with the service process. 

∙ Cleaning bowl, discs and spoons dry before serving; 

∙ Ensure hygiene of workplace and personal  

∙ Understand and perform 8 steps of services process. 

∙ Report to head of shift about comments of guest. Don't argue with guest. 

∙ Perform other duties as required by management.
