Job Description

We are looking for a Private Butler who can take care of the household and management

Responsibilities:

Arranging furniture and living space. Ensure every room in the mansion is always tidy, clean and luxurious according to 5-star hotel standards.
Clean houseware. Take care of antiques and handicrafts.
Coordinate with other employees to ensure that all the rooms (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom ...) are always clean.
A clear understanding of the hygiene requirements and cleaning procedures or equipment to instruct other employees.
Comply with the owner's requirements for safety and hygiene in food and daily living.
Take care of the wine cellar. Rate and add wine or other beverages as needed.
Make a task checklist (from security, housekeeping, gardening, kitchen, cleaning,...)
Coordinate and make schedules for all family members.
Find out the needs of the homeowner’s family members by observing out about their preferences, dislikes, allergies, etc.
Give suggestions and arrange facilities for each family member.
Always present to serve when needed.
Plan menus of the day, week. Must have knowledge about the drinks and food in the house.
Process requests, make payments, verify and keep records of bills and invoices, keep room keys, house keys, etc.
Maintain a professional relationship with the homeowner’s family and other employees. Be respectful and polite.
Ensure the security of the employer and their residence.
Design banquet menu, flower arrangement and table decoration suitable for both Asian and European style.
Serve food and drinks to the guests with the standards of a 5-star restaurant.
Always well presentable in front of guests.
Arrange tables with flowers and other necessary decorations.
Work with kitchen staff to ensure that food and drink are served promptly to guests.
Clean the table when guests have finished the meal to maintain a hygiene environment.
Arrange accommodation and care for visitors.

Job Requirements

Female from 30 to 45 years of age, single. Stay in.
Filipino nationality.
At least 2 years experience in a similar field or in five star hotels.
Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree of hotel management or related field
Have experience taking care of children and elders.
Basic computer skills.
Knowledge for management and F&B.
Confidant, loyal, disciplined, detailed orientated and hard working.
Professionalism is the standard and rule a good butler needs to apply.
Flexibility: can adapt to different working conditions/ environment. Always ready to handle different requests at the same time from the house owner without making any mistakes.
Basic computer skills.
Good communication skills.
Good customer service skills. Ensure comfort in daily activities for the house owner’s family.
Good management skills in order to organize work and coordinate with other employees in the house.
Good time management skills in order to respond to the owner’s requests in a short amount of time.
Experience in working with children and elders.
Knowledge of F&B.
Know how to assign daily tasks to other employees in the villa.
Calculate the cost to make the expenditure budget.
