Waiter/Waitress

We are looking for hard-working, dedicated servers whose overall responsibilities are: Welcome customers, take and proceed with their orders, and produce drinks.

Key Duties:

• Welcome and greet customers.
• Handle customer phone calls and reservations.
• Take orders from the customer and advise.
• Produce beverage (hot & cold).
• Communicate order to the kitchen.
• Remember the orders of every table and serve the right dishes at the right place.
• Clear tables and take tableware to the washing area.
• Ensure cleaning of the restaurant according to manager’s instructions.
• Ensure a complete understanding of all promotions.
• Handle any customer complaints according to shop policy.
• Ensure to sign on and off at the commencement and completion of shifts using the digital sign in machine.
• Attend shift briefings, read store communication book and keep up to date on any company notices/memos or procedural changes.
• Maintain high dress standards, wearing the correct uniform, security pass and name badge at all times.
• Any other duties as required or as directed.
• Working hours: morning shift - afternoon shift - night shift.
