We are looking for a junior recruitment specialist to enrich our recruitment team. This position will be actively looking for new applicants, contacting existing applicants, organizing interviews, and follow-up.
Your Tasks:
- Source new applicants
- Scan resume to look for matching profiles
- Initial pre-interview by phone
- Setup meetings and interviews
- Follow up with applicants
- Create resumes for clients
- Input data in the system
- Post jobs on social media
