Our growing company is looking for experienced candidates for the position of Sales Manager.

Target:

Sales in Tourism and Hospitality
Manage all external sales activities and events in line with annual sales and marketing plans to achieve goals.
Receive customer feedback
Destination marketing and selling as a multicultural destination for leisure and business
Activities multicultural events and attractions
Provide industry-leading leadership and management for all sales activities, including participation in the creation and management of annual budgets;
Research and develop a full range of market segmentation objectives;
Develop and execute sales and industry engagement campaigns

Responsibility:

Searching for customers such as travel agencies, retail customers, groups (inbound & outbound)... to introduce company products & sign cooperation contracts.
Prospect, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities in a defined territory
Monitor sales opportunities to achieve sales targets
Handling customer inquiries and complaints
Understand industry trends, product capabilities, and customer requirements
Establish long-term customer relationships for future cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
Coordinate strategic planning with other departments to set common goals, and develop sales materials, brand presence, and promotions to increase sales.
Perform other duties as assigned by management
