Job Description

Our team is looking for a Floor Captain to supervise our Wait Staff and Runners within the shift with the following duties:

- Manage Wait Staff and Runners to perform the right works

- Ensure customers have the best experience when coming to the restaurant

- Solve any problems arising from customers and support Wait Staff, Runners to perform the work well

- Work as Wait Staff and Runners when needed
