We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to second the restaurant manager.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the daily operation of the restaurant
In charge of the restaurant and bar during the restaurant manager absence to ensure the perfect operation of the service and daily duties as well as an outstanding customer service.
Training associates to the highest standard of service and assess performance
Ensuring that all sequences of service are followed, opening and closing checklist done
Assisting the restaurant manager in the creation of wine list and cocktail menu
Controlling operational cost and wastage
Ensure that the front of house remain in good and safe condition for guests and staff
Responsible of stock management/inventory
Supervising and controlling management of linen and breakage
Responsible for end-of-day report and cash-up
Coordinating front and back of house operation
Interacting and creating relation with customers
Collecting feedback and handling complaint
Keep a positive and professional approach with customers and co-workers

Minimum 1 year of experience as assistant restaurant manager in similar establishment
Bachelor degree in hospitality
Passion for hospitality
Minimum WSET level 1 in wine
Good knowledges in health and safety standards
Computer skills (office 365, RMS, POS)
Good English speaking and writing
Flexible working time depending on business level
