Host/Hostess

We are looking for Hostess to assist in the smooth running of all Front of House activities with an emphasis on demonstrating excellent customer service, and ensuring the comfort and safety of all customers and colleagues at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests upon arrival
• Maintain the workstation clean and tidy
• Complete opening and closing duties
• Managing online and phone booking.
• Monitor guests’ history and inform the manager of guests’ special occasions, birthdays, anniversaries, and dietary preferences.
• Participate in all inventories directly involved with the operation of the department.
• Assist in the completion of all relevant administrative duties
• Checking and billing
• Interacting and creating relations with customers
• Keep a positive and professional approach with customers and co-workers
