Waiter/Waitress

We are looking for an Enthusiastic and confident Waiter/Waiter in Sai Gon who is able to present the menu, greet, and answer quest questions. Able to take food and beverage orders from customers.

Responsible: 

• Greeting guests upon arrival
• Taking orders
• Giving recommendation and answer questions from customers
• Following sequences of service
• Providing high quality and attentive service to customers following company standards.
• Maintaining and keeping high level of cleanliness
• Having an effective communication among working colleagues
• Interacting and creating relation with customers
• Collecting customers feedback and report to the restaurant manager or head chef when needed
• Checking and billing, handle cash and credit card procedures according to the guidelines
• Perform various front of house duties
• Ensure a smooth communication between front and back of house
• Keep a positive and professional approach with customers and co-workers
