FOH Team Leader

We are looking for Team Leaders to provide a kind and attentive dining experiences to customers.

Responsibilities: 

• Greeting guests upon arrival
• Taking orders
• Giving recommendations and answering questions from customers
• Following sequences of service
• Providing high quality and attentive service to customers following company standards.
• Partner with and assist others to promote an environment of teamwork and upselling
• F&B products to achieve common goals.
• Coordinate between the server and kitchen for smooth, coordinated service.
• Assist in the training and monitoring of new staff.
• Maintaining and keeping a high level of cleanliness
• Having effective communication among working colleagues
• Interacting and creating relations with customers
• Collecting customer's feedback and reporting to the restaurant manager or head chef when needed
• Checking and billing, handle cash and credit card procedures according to the guidelines
• Perform various front of house duties
• Ensure a smooth communication between front and back of house
• Keep a positive and professional approach with customers and co-workers
