Job Description
- Smiling and serving each guest respectfully, swiftly, and efficiently with a positive/friendly attitude.
- Answering the phone and taking food and beverage orders from guests.
- Inputting orders from waitstaff and phone calls.
- Managing the cash drawer and accurately handling cash and credit card payments, making changes, and counting money.
- Counting the cash drawer at the beginning of the shift to ensure the amount is correct.
- Counting down the drawer at the end of the shift and ensuring all totals balance.
- Communicating with guests and answering questions.
- Following instructions from a direct superior.
- Collecting payments whether in cash or credit.
- Greeting customers when entering or leaving the restaurant.
- Maintaining clean and tidy checkout areas.
- Performing other tasks assigned by the Manager.

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to accurately handle cash and credit card payments.
- Must have a positive and friendly attitude.
- Must be able to work shifts in the AM, PM, or split shift.
