Job Description
We are looking for fast and experienced Cashier to join our expanding F&B team:
Responsibilities:
- Customer service & phone service
- Order handling: Handle the orders forms efficiently and according to the order procedures
- Cash handling: Carry out accurate cash register operations at all times according to cash handling procedures
- Carry out end of the day cash handling procedure
- Ensure the shop is well maintained and kept clean at all times, particularly at the change of shifts or close of the store
- Advise of any incident/hazard/accident to the supervisor or manager
- Attend shift briefings, read store communication book, and keep up to date on any company notices/memos or procedural changes
- Maintain high dress standards, wearing the correct uniform
- Any other duties as required or as directed
- Have a complete understanding of the Rules and Procedures and to abide by these rules at all times
- Working hours: morning shift 9am- 5pm, night shift 4pm-12am

- Customer Service skills
- Full understanding of all promotions, products and application
- Accurate cash handling procedures
- Store cleanliness
- Well groomed at all times
- Punctual and reliable
- Good level of English (can understand and communicate over the phone)
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use initiative
- Previous retail experience would be an advantage
