E - Commerce Executive

We are on a mission to share these unique creations with the world through our e-commerce platform, and we're seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive to help us achieve this.

 As an E-commerce Executive, you will oversee the daily operations of our online business, from inventory management to customer service, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. This is a key role that requires a blend of technical savvy, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Your role includes managing all online business tasks. This entails putting product details online, tracking stock levels, processing orders, shipping items, and assisting customers.
• Collaborate with the team handling product delivery to ensure orders are sent correctly and promptly. If problems occur, your role involves finding solutions.
• One of your responsibilities will be to formulate and oversee our approach to customer service, aiming for high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Join forces with the marketing team to generate online sales events and monitor their success. If necessary, adjustments should be made to enhance these promotional activities.
• Employ analytic tools to keep an eye on our online business performance. The information gathered will guide decisions to enhance operations and spur growth.
• Keeping up with the latest online shopping trends and technologies is important. These insights should be used to introduce new features that improve our online store and customer shopping experience.
• Ensuring the accuracy of product information, images, and prices on our website falls under your duties.
• In the case of technical issues with our online store, it's crucial to liaise with the IT team or external service providers to rectify the issues.
