- Greeting guests upon arrival

- Taking orders. Giving recommendation and answer questions from customers

- Following sequences of service

- Providing high quality and attentive service to customers following company standards.

- Maintaining and keeping high level of cleanliness

- Having an effective communication among working colleagues

- Interacting and creating relation with customers

- Collecting customers feedback and report to the restaurant manager or head chef when needed

- Checking and billing, handle cash and credit card procedures according to the guidelines

- Perform various front of house duties

- Ensure a smooth communication between front and back of house

- Keep a positive and professional approach with customers and co-workers
