F&B Manager

We are looking for a professional F&B Manager to manage our vibrant lounge and semi fine dining establishment

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and operate a business plan for the organization;
• Ensure administrative and personnel work in the organization;
• Provide inspired leadership for the organization;
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures;
• Work with the owner to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals;
• Control the financial performance of the organization;
• Oversee budgeting, costing control, reporting, planning, and auditing;
• Track and manage assets, goods, inventory;
• Support marketing communication activities;
• Assist HR with recruiting, training and retaining staff;
• Implement an effective service system to FOH team;
• Work with Head chef to create  food and drink menus and promotion deals for the restaurant;
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers;
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the organization;
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale;
• Report operational status to superiors;
