Title: Senior Marketing Executive
To join our dynamic marketing team. As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products or services. Your primary focus will be to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the overall marketing efforts of the company. If you have a passion for marketing, a creative mindset, and excellent communication skills, this role is perfect for you.
Working location: Head Office in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute marketing campaigns following marketing direction and master plan that provided, to promote our brand, and product, execute dealer marketing, and retail marketing.
● The employee will work between the head office and the factories, working closely with the sales and production team.
● The employee will conduct a market research project(s) in different markets to earn an in-depth understanding of the retailer and consumer.
● Digital marketing and eCommerce play important roles in the market expansion strategy of the company, hence your knowledge (and execution experience) in this field is a credit.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and creative teams, to develop compelling marketing materials and initiatives.
● Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring social media channels.
● Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reports to the management team.
● Identify and explore new marketing channels and opportunities to reach target audiences effectively.
● Assist in the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and sales support materials.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics.
● Support the sales team by providing marketing materials, training, and assistance in lead generation and nurturing.
Job Benefits
Working hours: 8 am - 5 pm (Monday - Friday)
Working location: Head Office in D3, HCMC, and Factory in Binh Duong province (My Phuoc Industrial zone)

Job Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field.
● Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
● Understanding of POSM, retail marketing
● Understanding of the Agriculture and seafood industry
● Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
● Proficiency in using social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing automation tools.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
● Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong organizational and project management skills.
● Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and SEM is a plus.
