Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive at the bar, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
• Manage the seating and reservation system, ensuring efficient table turnover and optimal use of seating capacity.
• Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess stand, ensuring menus and promotional materials are readily available.
• Support Order and Server for the guest
• Guide guests to their tables, present menus, and provide any necessary information about specials or promotions.
• Assist in coordinating with servers and bartenders to ensure timely and accurate service to guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, escalating issues to the management when necessary.
• Collaborate with the bar staff to ensure a smooth flow of service, communicate special requests or dietary restrictions, and provide additional support as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of the bar's offerings, including drink specials, menu items, and any changes or updates.
