We seek a skilled and hardworking Event Planner to join our team.

Floor 3, A009, Sarina Tower, An Loi Dong ward, Thu Duc city, HCMC
Responsibilities:
- Listening attentively to customer requests and keeping records of these requests
- Managing and budgeting customer finances
- Selecting an appropriate venue suitable for the type of event
- Having good knowledge of geographic locations and their main attractions
- Strong organizational and planning skills to coordinate the actions of multiple parties
- Responsible for planning, promoting and ensuring the smooth running of an event schedule and individual events
- Coordinating hotels, Restaurants, Venues,...
- Attending and monitoring activities to ensure client satisfaction
- Reviewing bills and approving payments
- Meeting with vendors for events proposal and coming up with a Plan
- Good networking skills to build relationships with vendors and suppliers and attract new customers
Job Requirements
- Communication and organization
- At least 1 year of experience in Hospitality
- Basic knowledge of event organization, operation
- Have connections with suppliers, event agencies, media agencies,...
- Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles
