We seek enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our call center team as Customer Service. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Base in Dien Bien Phu, Binh Thanh, HCMC
Job Description:
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate and detailed customer information regarding products, services, and inquiries.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms promptly and professionally.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively and on time.
- Enter and update data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as Operation and Kitchen, to fulfill special requests or requirements.
- Provide feedback to supervisors regarding customer trends, issues, or potential areas of improvement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and teamwork.

Job Requirements
Job requirement:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Good English communication
- Flexible time to work (Online after working hours)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Schedule:
- Probation: 2 months
- Working time: 8 am - 10 pm (Hybrid)
- Ability to handle work after working hours - Online support until the Restaurant is Closed
