Supervisor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The Restaurant Supervisor will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

Salary: 10 - 12M + Allowance + SVC

Responsibilities:

- Staff Supervision: Assist in training, scheduling, and supervising restaurant staff members.

- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained and address customer inquiries and concerns.

- Operational Support: Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, including inventory management and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Quality Control: Monitor food quality and service standards to uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence.

- Team Leadership: Lead by example, motivate team members, and foster a positive work environment.

- Problem-Solving: Address operational issues and resolve conflicts among staff members or with customers.

- Assist with Administrative Tasks: Help with administrative duties such as ordering supplies, managing reservations, and maintaining records.

- Adherence to Policies: Ensure staff adherence to restaurant policies and procedures.
