Job Description
- Report to the Bar Manager
- Employment Type: Fulltime

- Location: Dong Khoi, Ben Nghe, HCMC
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests as they arrive at the bar.
- Manage the waiting list and seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of customers.
- Provide menus, inform guests of specials, and assist with drink recommendations.
- Maintain a tidy and organized entrance area.
- Handle reservations and walk-in customers efficiently.
- Monitor the bar area for seating availability, service, and cleanliness.
- Assist in coordinating special events and promotions.
- Communicate with the bar staff to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and issues with professionalism.
