Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar area.
- Train and supervise bartending staff, ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Create and maintain a welcoming and efficient bar environment.
- Develop and implement bar policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop promotions and special events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
- English communication
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of mixology and beverage trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service is a plus.
