Job Description
As a Spa Staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the spa facilities. Your duties will include:
- Greeting and welcoming spa guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assisting clients with spa service inquiries and bookings.
- Performing various spa treatments such as massages, facials, body wraps, and manicures/pedicures.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms and common areas.
- Upholding high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
- Monitoring and replenishing spa supplies.
- Handling customer payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborating with other staff members to ensure a positive spa experience for guests.
- Following all spa policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a spa or hospitality setting is preferred
- Commit to work for at least 1 year after training
- English Communication
- Certification in relevant spa treatments is a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
