Job Description

Managing Staff: Bar Managers are responsible for coordinating and directing the activities of the front-of-house staff, such as servers, hosts, and bussers. They may also be involved in training new staff members.
Customer Service: Ensuring high-quality customer service is a key responsibility. Team leaders should address customer concerns, ensure prompt service, and maintain a positive dining experience for guests.
Floor Supervision: They oversee the dining area, ensuring that tables are being cleared and cleaned promptly and that customers are seated efficiently.
Problem Solving: Team leaders need to be able to handle customer complaints and resolve issues that may arise during service.
Communication: They act as a liaison between the front-of-house staff and management, relaying important information and ensuring that everyone is on the same page.
Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of food and service to ensure that it meets the restaurant's standards.
Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs effectively.

Job Requirements

Female, Age 20 -30

2+ years of experience in a Bar/ Restaurant
