Job Description

Support the interior design department to deploy detailed construction techniques regarding: interior architecture, interior furnishings, basic electrical and water systems.
Survey and measure the current status of construction projects.
Standardize detailed drawings in terms of color, font, resolution, size, specifications, standard colors... everything related to the project for actual construction; Adjust and add graphics.
Coordinate and work with the design department, construction department and other related departments in project implementation from preliminary design to construction technical design.
Ensure detailed implementation is consistent with the original design, dimensions and parameters of construction drawings are consistent with actual construction conditions.
Make construction drawings, as-built drawings, detailed construction drawings - develop architectural and interior details
Responsible for the accuracy of drawings

Job Requirements

Proficient in using professional software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, X-ref, 2D (at least 4 years of experience).
Have professional knowledge of construction at high-end civil projects such as penthouses, villas, hotels
Have basic knowledge of electrical and water system construction.
Able to work overtime and complete work according to assigned schedule.
