Job Description

Analyze and calculate project volume
Prepare and manage interior construction cost estimates
Prepare volume and quote for interior construction
Read and understand construction drawings, and prepare interior construction cost estimates, and total estimated costs.
Manage internal records and documents on the estimating profession
Make quotes arising during the construction phase (if any)
Monitor order progress, enter data into the software
Monitor supplier documents
Other tasks required by the board of directors

Job Requirements

Qualification: College degree or higher
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction economics, Interior estimating, Civil construction
Work experience: 1 year in a similar position
Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
Expertise in BOQ and Cost Planning
Relevant experience in Quantity Surveying
Attention to detail and analytical skills
Foreign language skills: Reading and understanding drawings in English is an advantage
Office computer skills: Know how to use Office, Autocad, and estimating software
Communication skills: Ability to communicate well and receive information accurately
Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
