Team Management: Supervising and coordinating the activities of restaurant staff to ensure efficient operations.

Training and Development: Training new employees and providing ongoing training for existing staff to maintain high standards.
Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and managing food and beverage costs.
Shift Scheduling: Creating and managing employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak times.
Vendor Relations: Managing relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and supplies.
Problem Solving: Addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise during daily operations and finding solutions to ensure smooth functioning.
Report Generation: Compiling and analyzing sales reports, financial data, and other relevant information to assess performance and make informed decisions.
Quality Control: Ensuring that food and beverages meet quality standards and conducting regular inspections to maintain consistency.
Communication: Maintaining open communication with the Restaurant Manager, staff, and other team members to foster a positive work environment.
Adherence to Policies: Ensuring that all staff members adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
