Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and creative Cook/chef to join our team at a prestigious Western restaurant (Italy).
Salary: 10- 12M + Tip/ Allowance/ SVC
Working hours: 10-15h & 17-22h, off 1 day/week
Location: Hưng Gia 3, Tân Phong, D7, HCMC.
Job Description
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following traditional Italian recipes: Pasta/Steak/salad
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Assist in creating menus and developing new recipes.
- Monitor and manage food inventory.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Follow proper food handling procedures.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and best practices.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff when necessary.

Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a Cook/Chef in a Western/Italy restaurant
- English communication in the kitchen (The head chef/ Owner is Italian.)
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dessert experiences to customers.
