Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced restaurant manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Report to Owner
Employment Type: Full-time
Category: Food & Beverage
Working hours: 9 am to 5 pm, 4 pm to 11 pm or (10 am - 2 pm, 6 pm to 11 pm)
Salary: 12 - 15M + tip/ bonus
Location: HN
1. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff
- Ensure that customers receive excellent service and quality food
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
- Enforce safety and security regulations
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and other relevant metrics

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- English communication
- 2 - 3+ years of experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and industry trends.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
