Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Operation Manager who will be in charge up set up and operation of the new restaurant project
- Set up SOP/ Policy and build a team for the Restaurant
- Control the cost of the project
- Training the team and creating a process for working
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the organization
- Coordinate with various departments to optimize operational processes.
- Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage resources effectively to achieve operational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop operational goals and objectives.
- Identify and address operational issues promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- English communication
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in a Setup/ Operation/ Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of traditional Vietnamese restaurant concept and Vietnamese cuisines
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and industry trends.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
