Job Description

The COO responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the companies, (excluding spirits production); ensuring that all sales activities (retail, HORECA, off trade wholesale, sub distributors), Marketing activities (online and offline), Finance, logistics and operations processes and procedures are running smoothly and efficiently, and that the organization is meeting its strategic and financial objectives. This is a crucial leadership team member role responsible for making critical decisions that impact the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage Domestic Sales

2. Marketing

3. Developing Strategic Plans, Including Budgeting Processes

4. Operations and process management

5. Supply Chain and Production:

6. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

7. Other tasks assigned by the Chairman, CEO and/or BOD of the company.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
10 years of proven experience as a COO or in a similar executive leadership role in the FMCG, beverage or spirits company.
Preferable experience in a startup or fast-paced environment or willingness to operate in such environment.
Strong sales focus with ability to leverage existing network and able to represent the company at the highest level to the outside.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management and cost control.
Experience in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, with a focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience with supply chain management, production, and logistics.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead an effective team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and evaluate data and metrics, with a deep understanding of business operations and processes.
